Membership requires an initial one hour consultation charged at $69. This does include goal setting, programming, nutritional advice and personal training. Also includes full use of studio facilities and all classes.

Personal Training - PT

PT - One-on-One $69.00   1 hour

Personalised training sessions tailored to your specific needs and fitness goals. PT sessions are designed to give you the best results in the shortest amount of time.

PT - Two-on-One $80.00   1 hour
Grab your partner or a friend and train together with one of our trainers putting you through your paces.

Group PT Training $30.00 per person   1 hour
Minimum of 3 persons per group. Our trainers will make it so enjoyable that you will want to stop the clock for more.

Consultations

$69.00 per session
A one-on-one personal consultation with a trainer to help you set goals and to discuss your health and wellbeing requirements. Your trainer will advise you on how to increase your strength, gain muscle mass and/or lose weight. We can also advise you regarding rehabilitation, training programmes and measurements.

Everybody's Fitness Classes

Group Boxing
Run by a professional boxing instructor, these sessions are dedicated to fun conditioning boxing. All equipment is supplied.

Group Circuit
You will be challenged in all facets of fitness, fun and friendship ... all circuits are catered to everybody at every level.

Dawdlers Walk/Jog/Run Club
Start off in the walking group and by week 3-4 you'll be in the jogging group. Each week you will be off on a new and exciting course that will challenge both your upper and lower body.

Sports Conditioning

$120.00 per hour/per team
There is no group to large or small for the trainers at Everybody's. Paul Emanuel is a professional football conditioning trainer with 15 years of training experience. Let him guide your team to optimum performance through his advanced training methods and skills.
